College Is Too Easy
Here's entry one. First, I really dislike writing. I prefer the language of formulas and equations rather than flowery diction and imagery. High School English class made me want to brush my teeth with a razorblade. In my junior year, I was forced to watch and write a paper on Frozen, fuck you Mrs. T. For some reason, my "toxic masculinity" was not appreciated in that classroom. Anyway, I fully expect no one to read this blog and honestly I hope no one reads this blog. So here's my first controversial opinion: college is way too fucking easy. I don't know why students complain so much about school, especially engineering students. A common course load at my school is 16 credits. That's 16 hours per week in class. Add on another 16 or so hours for homework and studying and you've got a grand total of 32 hours per week of work. Now think about what happens when you graduate. I plan on working 40-50 hours per week minimum until I die. Coupled with the fact t...
